The Office
We are proud to provide a beautiful, comfortable setting for our meetings together. We're confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients with open arms.
Office Hours
Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact the office by phone at 808-538-7793. We happily welcome new patients and especially referrals from existing patients.
Location
We are located at 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 925, Bishop Square's American Savings Bank Tower.
Parking
You may park in the Bishop Sqaure parking structure accessed on the left side of Alakea Street between King and Hotel Streets or at Ali'i Place accessed on the right side of Alakea Street between King and Hotel Streets. Our friendly administative staff will be happy to respond to your questions about parking and parking rates.
Financial
We are happy to discuss our rates over the phone or during our initial consultation. We accept HMSA, UHA, HMAA and MDX Hawaii (Queen's Health Care Plan). Please call if you have questions about your insurance.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We simply ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee will be charged if a patient fails to show up for an appointment or cancels without sufficient notice.
